Later experiences in social work, let their knowledge in different aspects are improved, regardless of the technology that is in love, and subtle philosophical terms, that I finally realized that people are the most important. Whether it be in a real world scenario to solve a technical problem, or is pleasure along with a colleague, even for a vision of the imagination of some exciting products … These people are needed to decide, a good product must have a group of people, a strong-minded team. In my later in the League-building work, was acutely aware of this.
In a real scenario, product experience, for better or worse, behind the technical strength of the team is often “mishap”, I personally as a team member, technically does not put limits on their own, while being coached is the necessary duties, but improve the overall level of breaks skill bottlenecks, sharing knowledge with exhibition areas, are the most important link. Is the human ability to learn is very important. This skill is variable.
